July had a slow start but gradually picked up.
The first week saw gary and simon from surrey take 15 fish in which they
both smashed there pbs with a 38lb common and a 32lb mirror along with some other great fish. Two very happy punters.
On the same week I got to chuck my rods out for a night and managed six carp and a very hard fighting cat weighing 82lb.
The lake fished extremely well towards the end of the month were Damien,
Sam, Laurent, and mark managed to take 66 fish in just four days 4 of which
were over 40lb the biggest being 48lb 8oz. 37 of those fish were over 30lb.
in total july saw 202 fish with 7 over 40lb and the biggest for the month a
48lb 8oz common.
